Grupo Noa International is seeking a talented and experienced Appointment Setter and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be working for one of our clients, a dental clinic, and will be responsible for setting doctor appointments and providing excellent customer service to patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in both appointment setting and sales, as well as customer service.

Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Experience in appointment setting and sales
Experience in customer service
Willingness to work on weekends if required
Ability to work flexible shifts within the client's business hours
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Internet connection of 10 MB download and upload. Must be connected via LAN cable. It cannot be wireless or through a data card. Check that latency doesn't go off over 100 ms. You can test these requirements by running a simple test at speedtest. Net
Good Computer (processor: Intel Core i3 8th Gen or better - RAM: 6GB or better, only Windows OS allowed).
Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
Responsibilities:
Set doctor appointments for patients of the dental clinic
Follow up with patients and make sure they don´t miss an appointment
Provide excellent customer service to patients
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Make outbound calls to potential patients to schedule appointments
Meet and exceed appointment- Etting targets
Work with the dental clinic to ensure accurate scheduling, customer service and patient satisfaction.
Manage patient information and update records as needed
Make outbound calls and take inbound calls related to sales, services, products, and appointments.
